Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with One Stop Battery Shop or purchasing products. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorised by One Stop Battery Shop. Typographical Errors
In the event that a One Stop Battery Shop product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, One Stop Battery Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. One Stop Battery Shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, One Stop Battery Shop shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by One Stop Battery Shop without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, One Stop Battery Shop seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work). One Stop Battery Shop links to many Australian shopping price comparison sites and they link with us, we do not have any control over the pricing that they display and at times due to technical issues of which One Stop Battery Shop has no control over these prices may be wrong or out dated.
Shipping & Delivery
We have a Flat Rate shipping charge for all orders of $20.00 no matter how many items you wish to order. Please note some of our very bulky and heavy items are excluded from this offer. Heavy and bulky items may also be excluded from offers. Wholesale volumes are also excluded from this offer.
At One Stop Battery Shop we understand the importance that your order is delivered in a timely manner and with the utmost care, that is why we use Go Logistics with signature required.
Dispatch Times
Normal dispatch time for orders that are in stock is 1 to 2 business days from the time of order.Please note this a guide only and may take longer following NSW public holidays or other periods of high volume.
Orders including items not in stock will normally be shipped on the same day the items return to stock. Any items not in stock are automatically back-ordered and a notification will be sent by email should that delay be extensive. Delays which the supplier estimates are expected to exceed 8 business days will be notified by email
Pickup
We offer pickup of orders placed through our website at the One Stop Battery Shor, located at Unit D 1183-1185 The Horsley Drive Wetherill Park NSW. We will notify you by email when the order has been completed, to confirm that it is ready for collection.
Please note that for security reasons, restrictions apply to the collection of personal orders paid online by Visa/Mastercard by persons other than the cardholder. Business purchases paid by Visa/Mastercard may be collected by employees of the company, bearing suitable documentation/ID (Please enquire for further information). These restrictions do NOT apply to orders paid by Paypal or Direct Deposit.
How is your personal information protected?
The security of your personal information is extremely important to us. World wide standards now demand the highest possible security measures to be used to protect the online privacy of all internet users. What this really means is that all sensitive information you exchange with One Stop Battery Shop is encrypted both when you send it to us and when our systems respond to you.
What information do we actually collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our website, place an order, write a review, respond to a survey. When placing an order we will ask for your email address, postal address, phone number and credit card information we do not collect or store your credit card information, unless you choose to do so.

In general the information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience on our website by allowing us to customise the site to suit our customers needs and requests. Our customer service staff will use details pertaining to your order to assist with order tracking and processing

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. The information provided to our advertising partners is only used to track website and product performance and it will never contain and personal identifiable customer information.
Do we use "cookies"?
Yes we do use cookies. Returns & Replacements
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
o Please choose carefully as we do not refund, we will gladly exchange providing there are no marks or damage to the packaging or product!
o All returned products must be in as new condition without damage to any of the packaging or product and contain all original packaging, manuals, accessories and other documentation as supplied from the manufacturer. If the item is returned in any other condition other than new, a restocking fee will be applicable, A restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged on ALL returned items
o The buyer is responsible for shipping charges.
o Any product returned with damage to the product, packaging, removal of any bar code or manufacturer's label will be rejected and returned at the customer's cost.
INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED/INCORRECTLY ADVERTISED
o Wrongly shipped items should be reported immediately to sales@onestopbattery.com.au You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the seller's cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
o Products should remain in retail packaging in new condition.
o Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
o If a product is incorrectly listed or ‘not as described’ this should be reported immediately to sales@onestopbattery.com.au We will assist in supplying a suitable replacement if available or a full refund will be issued. You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the seller's cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.

DAMAGED GOODS
o Any damage from shipping should be reported immediately to sales@onestopbattery.com.au You will receive a return authority and goods will be organised to be returned at the seller's cost and replaced or refunded as per customer request.
Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount.
EARLY LIFE FAILURE
o Any goods received Dead on Arrival (DOA) or Early Life Failure (ELF) must be reported within the first 14days from successful delivery to the manufacturer and/or to sales@onestopbattery.com.au with their accompanying support or case number. You will be issued a return authorisation for replacement/exchange or refund as per customer request.
o Goods should be received to the warehouse within 2 weeks from APPROVED return authorisation unless previously arranged.
o Refunds/Exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days from receipt back into our warehouse.
o Any items missing from the returned product will be subject to a replacement charge and deducted from the total refund amount or deducted from replacement kit.
o Shipping costs will be covered by the seller.
IN WARRANTY PERIOD
o Goods outside of DOA/ELF are subject to manufacturers terms and conditions for repair/ replacement. Your goods are required to go back to the manufacture for assessment and replacement. Email sales@onestopbattery.com.au and you will be replied with the fastest option to have this repaired or replaced. You will be given a repair number and any updates as available.
o Please allow up to 4 weeks for goods to be repaired.
o The buyer is responsible for shipping charges back to the seller. The seller will return the units at their cost to an Australian address.
Ordering
In building the new One Stop Battery Shop website we endeavoured to ensure the experience you should have shopping on our sites is simple, efficient and rewarding. There are many ways of purchasing products on our website. You can use the very top level of navigation by clicking on one of the main categories and then navigating to the department or product that you are after. You may also want to use our whole-site search which is located at the top right of the website. The whole of site search will return search results relevant to the product you are searching for, as well it may also return associated and related products to the product you are searching for.

One Stop Battery Shop accepts the following payment types. Paypal, Visa Card, MasterCard, and Direct Bank Deposit
Viewing Orders
You can view your current orders as well as all past orders by logging into the website at the very top of the website on the right. This will log you into the customer dashboard that allows you to view orders, change delivery details, manage wish lists, manage your account and change newsletter subscriptions.
Updating Account Information
You can view or edit all of the details relating to your online account with One Stop Battery Shop by logging into the customer dashboard. You can log in at the very top right of the home page. The account dashboard allows you to view current and past orders, change shipping details, change passwords, subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters, view product reviews you may have posted and edit your wish list.
